Our New galgos have arrived !

Ten galgos arrived from Spain on 17^th January and all are doing well at Precious Pets in Gloucestershire. They were transported from Vic to Calais by Greyhounds Rescue Belgium and then collected by Steve and Paula of Precious Pets. As quarantine has ended they could come straight into the country, after several checks being made in France and the UK, but they have settled in well at the kennels and have had several runs around the paddock there. Pat, our Homing Officer, is now sorting out all the paperwork and a date will be fixed soon for their release to their new families. Eight out of the ten have homes waiting but we still need a home for Luzy and Blanco – if you feel you could adopt either of these lovely dogs please contact Pat on 01784 434735 or email patriciawhipps@ntlworld.com
